Taylor Cox, a Partner in Real Capital Solutions confirms “Aria is an exciting new build apartment project in Mijas Costa, close to Fuengirola in a beachfront location with a design that provides uninterrupted sea views from all the 39 apartments.”
The Gonzalez and Jacobsen architect studio have once again been contracted to bring their creative input to this project, close to the castle in Fuengirola, bringing the sort of attention to detail RCS clients are fast becoming accustomed to.
Architecturally I can see the similarities in design but Taylor explains, “Certain improvements were brought in to improve certain qualities achieved at our existing project of ‘La Montesa’ with a view on even higher standards.

It is clear from looking at the project there has been a deliberate attempt to make this something special in terms of quality and the scale of the apartments themselves and I think the project will be perceived as somewhat iconic for the area.
Taylor wanted to add, “No one has yet undertaken a quality build project (in the area) and when we were able to get a site that would enable us to deliver uninterrupted views for all units at walking distance to the beach we saw this as a unique opportunity and it is something we are excited about…”
Location – The project site is elevated above the coast road just 50m from the beach, on a plot west of the Fuengirola Castle building known as ‘Castillo Sohail’, halfway between the Town Centre and the area of El Faro. Walking distance to many amenities with the beach easily accessed using the footbridge at the south of the development.
Overview – Currently Block 2 is available on a pre-license reservation basis where deposits are being taken for specific units prior to the start of construction and official release in May 2017.
3 Bedroom units with total build areas of 152m2+ are for sale from €450,000. Build schedule is 18 months from issue of license and construction is expected to commence in June 2017 for a build finish beginning of 2019.
In Summary – There is certainly nothing else like it anywhere close to the town of Fuengirola and I think the modern design and beautiful finishes with proximity to the town centre and beach will be seen as an opportunity to own something unique by those who love this part of the Costa del Sol.
