This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is built on one floor. On the entrance level is the spacious living and dining room with open kitchen and access to the terrace with views to the sea and to the mountains.
There is fiber optic internet and central air condition / heating in the whole apartment.
The master bedroom has a double bed of 180x200, very nice finished wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet and a bath tub with screen. From the window you have a view over Puerto Banus. We provide bed linen and towels for our guests so you only need to bring your personal items.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can stand together or separate and also has a nicely finished wardrobe. From the window you look over puerto Banús. The 2. Bathroom has a sink a bathtub with screen, a bidet and a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine.
The spacious living area has a table with 4 chairs and a big sofa for confortable evenings. The smart TV is connected to the high speed internet which is available throughout the Apartment. The TV also has satélite TV which has channels from all over the world so you are able to watch your favorite TV show or news.
The terrace with stunning views over puerto Banús, give a perfect space to relax and enjoy the good weather! On the Covered terrace you have a table with 4 chairs.
The holiday apartment is located directly in Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus has everything you need for a relaxing and active holiday. Whether bars, beach clubs, sandy beaches, shopping nice restaurants Puerto Banus has everything to offer! Even for the little ones there is a jump park in the sea. From the harbor of Puerto Banus you can reach within 8 min Marbella center and old town. There is also a fary which you can take directly from Puerto Banus to the port of Marbella center. Malaga airport is ca. 40 min away.
Guest access:
The holiday apartment is located in one of the building Marina Banús in Puerto Banus. To access the building you don´t have any steps, you can reach the apartment with the elevator. The building is completely gated and it has 24 hours concierge service. Also there is a communal pool, a tennis court and a gym to your disposal.
